You may obtain your required Florida Marriage License at any court house in the state of Florida, between 8:00 and 5 PM. You will both need photo ID and if applicable, know the date of a final divorce decree, as well as the date of death of a former spouse. The fee is currently $93.50 for non residents and for Floridians, you have a 3-day waiting period or you can attend a class on marriage counseling and with a certificate of completion, the waiting period is waived and the cost
is $61.

We strongly recommend and implement a backup location. Florida’s rainy season is generally from September to November.

To reserve your date, we require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. Payments can be made by credit card (Pay Pal), personal check, money order or traveler's check. Your wedding date will not be reserved until the deposit is received. For the Signature Ceremony package, we require full payment. Once your deposit is received we will send you a letter of agreement outlining your package details along with a booklet of vows from which you may choose your ceremony. Final payment is due two weeks prior to your wedding date.

No, most of our couples do not live in the area. We offer unlimited emails or telephone calls to arrange your event. We usually meet with you the day before
the wedding or at your rehearsal time.

Yes, for Military and our Monday through Thursday ceremonies.

It depends on the location of your ceremony.  If your event is to be held at Clearwater Beach or Fort Desoto, they require an event permit request at least 60 days before the event. All other locations do not have a minimum at this time.

Deposits are not refundable  but can be transferred under special circumstances  if your date is available. If you cancel your reservation you do not get your deposit back.
